개인정보처리방침

SWONETOUR(이하 "당사")는 www.swonetour.com(이하 "사이트")과 당사가 운영하는
소프트웨어 도구 "SWONE Factory"에서 개인정보를 다음과 같이 처리합니다.

1. 수집하는 정보
- 사이트 문의 폼: 성명, 이메일, 전화번호, 문의 내용. 문의 답변과 예약 상담에만 사용합니다.
- 사이트 방문 기록: 사이트는 Wix 플랫폼에서 운영되며 Wix 가 쿠키와 접속 기록을 처리합니다.

2. YouTube API 서비스 이용 (SWONE Factory)
- SWONE Factory 는 당사가 직접 운영하는 YouTube 채널에 영상을 올리기 위해
YouTube API Services 를 사용합니다. 이 도구는 당사 내부에서만 사용하며 제3자에게
배포·판매하지 않습니다.
- 접근하는 데이터: Google 계정으로 로그인한 사용자(당사 운영자)의 YouTube 채널 이름·채널 ID,
업로드 권한. 시청자나 다른 YouTube 사용자의 데이터는 수집하지 않습니다.
- 보관: Google OAuth 인증 토큰은 운영자의 컴퓨터에만 저장되며 외부 서버로 전송하지 않습니다.
토큰은 채널 확인과 영상 업로드에만 사용합니다.
- 공유: 수집한 데이터를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.
- YouTube API 서비스를 이용함으로써 사용자는 YouTube 서비스 약관(https://www.youtube.com/t/terms)
과 Google 개인정보처리방침(https://policies.google.com/privacy)의 적용을 받습니다.
- 권한 철회·데이터 삭제: Google 계정 보안 설정(https://myaccount.google.com/permissions)에서
언제든지 SWONE Factory 의 접근 권한을 철회할 수 있습니다. 철회하면 저장된 토큰은 무효가 되며,
운영자가 로컬에 저장된 토큰 파일을 삭제합니다. 삭제 요청은 아래 연락처로 보내 주시면
7일 이내에 처리합니다.

3. 보유 기간
- 문의 폼 정보: 문의 처리 후 1년 보관 뒤 삭제합니다.
- YouTube 인증 토큰: 채널 운영 기간 동안 보관하며, 권한 철회 시 즉시 삭제합니다.

4. 이용자의 권리
- 본인 정보의 열람·정정·삭제를 아래 연락처로 요청할 수 있습니다.

SWONETOUR ("we") operates the website www.swonetour.com (the "Site") and an internal
software tool called "SWONE Factory". This policy explains how we handle personal data.
Effective date: September 8, 2026

1. Information we collect
- Contact form on the Site: name, email address, phone number and your message.
Used only to answer your inquiry and arrange bookings.
- Site visits: the Site is hosted on Wix, which processes cookies and access logs
(Wix Privacy Policy: https://www.wix.com/about/privacy).

2. Use of YouTube API Services (SWONE Factory)
- SWONE Factory uses YouTube API Services to upload videos to YouTube channels that we
own and operate. The tool is used internally only and is not distributed or sold to
third parties.
- Data accessed: the YouTube channel name and channel ID of the Google account that signs
in (our own operator), and permission to upload videos. We do not collect any data about
viewers or other YouTube users.
- Storage: Google OAuth tokens are stored only on the operator's own computer and are never
sent to any external server. Tokens are used solely to verify the channel and upload videos.
- Sharing: we do not share any of this data with third parties.
- By using YouTube API Services through SWONE Factory, users are also bound by the YouTube
Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) and the Google Privacy Policy
(https://policies.google.com/privacy).
- Revoking access and deleting data: you can revoke SWONE Factory's access at any time in
your Google account security settings (https://myaccount.google.com/permissions).
Revocation invalidates the stored token, and the operator deletes the local token file.
You may also request deletion by contacting us below; we respond within 7 days.

3. Retention
- Contact form data: kept for one year after the inquiry is handled, then deleted.
- YouTube OAuth tokens: kept while the channel is operated; deleted immediately upon revocation.

4. Your rights
- You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data using the
contact details below.
