이 약관은 SWONETOUR(이하 "당사")가 운영하는 www.swonetour.com(이하 "사이트")과
소프트웨어 도구 "SWONE Factory"의 이용 조건을 정합니다. 시행일: 2026년 9월 8일
1. 서비스 내용
- 사이트는 베트남 숙소·차량·투어 예약 상담과 여행 정보를 제공합니다. 예약 조건과 요금은
상담 시 개별로 안내합니다.
- SWONE Factory 는 당사가 소유한 YouTube 채널에 영상을 올리는 내부 도구입니다.
일반 이용자에게 제공되지 않습니다.
2. YouTube API 서비스
- SWONE Factory 는 YouTube API Services 를 사용합니다. 이 도구를 사용하는 사람은
YouTube 서비스 약관(https://www.youtube.com/t/terms)에도 동의하는 것으로 봅니다.
- Google 데이터의 처리는 당사 개인정보처리방침(https://www.swonetour.com/privacy-policy)과
Google 개인정보처리방침(https://policies.google.com/privacy)을 따릅니다.
3. 이용자의 의무
- 사이트와 도구를 법령과 이 약관에 맞게 사용해야 하며, 타인의 권리를 침해하는 콘텐츠를
올릴 수 없습니다.
4. 지식재산권
- 사이트의 글·사진·영상은 당사 또는 정당한 권리자의 것이며 허락 없이 복제할 수 없습니다.
5. 책임의 한계
- 당사는 사이트의 정보가 항상 정확하도록 노력하지만, 항공·숙소 등 제3자 서비스의 변경으로
생긴 손해에 대해서는 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 책임을 지지 않습니다.
6. 약관 변경 및 준거법
- 약관을 바꾸면 이 페이지에 게시합니다. 이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따릅니다.

Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of www.swonetour.com (the "Site") and the software tool
"SWONE Factory", both operated by SWONETOUR ("we"). Effective date: September 8, 2026
1. Services
- The Site provides booking assistance for accommodation, vehicles and tours in Vietnam,
and travel information. Booking conditions and prices are provided individually.
- SWONE Factory is an internal tool that uploads videos to YouTube channels owned by us.
It is not offered to the general public.
2. YouTube API Services
- SWONE Factory uses YouTube API Services. Anyone using the tool also agrees to be bound
by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms).
- Handling of Google user data is described in our Privacy Policy
(https://www.swonetour.com/privacy-policy) and the Google Privacy Policy
(https://policies.google.com/privacy).
3. User obligations
- Use the Site and the tool lawfully and in accordance with these terms; do not upload
content that infringes the rights of others.
4. Intellectual property
- Text, images and videos on the Site belong to us or their rightful owners and may not be
copied without permission.
5. Limitation of liability
- We try to keep the Site accurate, but to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for
losses caused by changes in third-party services such as airlines or hotels.
6. Changes and governing law
- Changes will be posted on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the
Republic of Korea.
